NEXFLOW

NexFlow is a humanlike AI voice receptionist that helps small home-service businesses, such as HVAC, plumbing, and locksmith companies, stop losing jobs to missed calls. It answers calls around the clock, handles basic questions about hours and pricing, and books appointments directly into the business’s calendar. It also recognizes urgent calls, like a burst pipe or no heat in winter, and escalates them to the owner based on rules the owner sets.

SHELF

Shelf is a neighborhood marketplace app where people list underused equipment, like ladders, leaf blowers, and pressure washers, for nearby neighbors to borrow by the day. Payments and ID verification are handled securely through Stripe so lending feels safe. Shelf is live on the App Store across 10 neighborhoods with more than 15 item categories, with the goal of making borrowing from a neighbor as easy as buying from a store.

simulace

Simulace is a centralized, software-neutral agent that automates the handoffs between CAD, thermal, structural, and optical tools when a hardware design changes. It runs on the tools a team already owns, inside their own network, with every step reproducible. This cuts out days to weeks of manual exports, broken conversion scripts, and meetings, so engineers only need to validate the result.

PINLOOP

Pinloop is a platform that makes the job search and application process less time-consuming and repetitive. It gives AI agents like Claude Code direct access to an Indeed/LinkedIn-level job database, so users never have to scroll through postings. Pinloop is also building tools to autofill and submit applications, and to track which companies reply and which applications or outreach lead to interviews or offers, so users can apply where they have the best chance of being hired.

PulseFI

PulseFi is a passive WiFi monitoring system that tracks signs of neurodegenerative decline in older adults without wearables or cameras. Two wall-plugged nodes running on $10 chips read how WiFi signals bend around the body to detect heart rate, breathing rate, apnea, falls, and gait 24/7, in any room condition. This addresses missed falls and undetected cognitive impairment in understaffed nursing homes, where wearables get abandoned and cameras don’t belong in bedrooms and bathrooms.
